If you have linux, im sure you use Xchat or another IRC client and it's all free, but what about Windows? few IRC clients are actually good and free. Official Xchat for Windows isn't free at all (about 15$) so if you are confortable with Xchat but you mainly use Windows here's a free Xchat edition for Windows Xchat.
