I have uploaded this video to show you how you can adjust some "hidden" settings so you can fully customize Windows 2000 or earlier. I showed an easy and simple example of how this settings can be done, for example forbid anyone to change Windows wallpaper (there are alot more and more serious settings in this Console (Group Police Object Editor) so if you dont really know what they do, simply DO NOT change them.... :)
